Preferred bicycle lubricant and for household stuff
After 55k + miles , 7yrs& 5 bicycles later I can say this is my favorite bicycle chains lubricant. Not a thick one ,but lite . Just run it over the chain and wipe the excess off is all I do. At bicycle store $12 eBay $8. Even good for stiff door hinges, and car door jams .

Excellent Chain Lube
I am glad to be back with Rock & Roll Extreme Chain Lube. I tried some different brands offered at the local bike shop but did not like them. Rock and Roll lube lasted for hundreds of miles whereas the others lasted maybe 100 miles. This lube also seems to stay cleaner in the horrible environment (dirty and wet) in Florida.
