    Good buy for the money

    The only problem I have is it had an expiration date of 9/2014 ... I am using it right now and so far so good . Just have to see if it will continue to work until all the ink is run out . I bought one ,, one time that had an expiration date of 7/2016 and about half way thru the ink the yellow stop working and the colors started fading ,,, So only got use of half of the ink cartridge .

    The title and picture are inconsistent

    The listing title states SEALED RETAIL BOX. I did not notice the picture. The title and picture are inconsistent. It is not in a sealed retail box. it does appear that the tape over the print head is still in place. I have not tried to use it yet, so recommendation, value and quality are unknown at this time.

    Product is outdated!

    Despite the item title of "New", the cartridge received is actually three whole years past the warranty date of May 2013! Wonder how much longer it remains usable as I use it only sparingly.

    9 years expired date is WAY too long for cartridge to be useful.

    Expired HP Ink cartridges are good for maybe a year past their date. However, even though when installed it and the printer recognized it, the nozzles were so dried out that no matter how many times I cleaned them using the printer, ultimately it was unusable. I will definitely look for a newer expired date in the future. Ink cartridges definitely have a shelf life and 9 years is way too old.

    Great quality and it fits!

    I was pleased to receive my ink quickly. The quality is excellent even though it was past the expiration date. Other than refilling my own cartridge, this is the first time I have ordered a replacement online that the cartridge was actually the right one to fit my old printer. New cartridges have gotten way too expensive, so I will try to get more like the one from this order.
