New old stock
This new old stock radio which works fine because it is new, But if u are cb shopping and radio says untested ….uhhh it’s been tested u can bet because it will bring 2x as much. But labeled untested means they don’t have tell u doesn’t work or work properly because I have bought many untested radios and none worked
