My son is the one who got me interested in it as he told me that they offer beginner options for the exercises and as I am going on 71 and have osteoarthritis in both my knees it's going to be the bare minimum for me; at least to start off with. I watched the whole Time Crunched video to "get familiar with it" and to see if I thought it was worth it. It definitely is worth the $10 purchase. Even if I don't get past the first stages, I will at least be moving my body which is what I have been needing to do for quite some time now. I'm taking it slow. I also like the fact that the background "music" is hardly noticeable and the instructor is absolutely great. I like how they show beginner/intermediate/and pro all at the same session. It is great to see what might be possible to do as I continue on this journey; a great inspiration. Thank you so much for putting out this product. Best exercise video I've ever seen. Kathy
P.S. I don't have any pictures at this time as I'm just starting; maybe as I get along with it for awhile.
Been using the DVD a lot since purchase. The exercises are doable but tough as they should be but with the madifications shown on the DVD even I can do them and get the benefits.
Love the program so far only in the third week but seeing a improvement in strength so far
wonder what else i will see improvements in great product so far.
