can't tell if it works, battery fried or something
I got this camera a couple of weeks ago, and I was very excited. When the charger for the battery finally came, I charged the battery, popped it back into the camcorder, and the battery died within 2 seconds. I wish the battery worked, but I'm assuming that it's just the battery and not the camera, hopefully. Time to buy a new battery :/ I can't properly review the camera's performance just yet. Anyway, thanks.
