best bang for buck
Awesome product. My Arrma Granite was stripping inputs and ring gears on diff case like mad. Would last maybe 3 min brand new. Replaced assy with this helical crown and input and also the case with the hot racing aluminum diff case. Night and day difference. Can now run 6s all day long. Highly recommend this, worth every penny.

Plastic to steel
My car handles differently maybe due to the weight of the silicone in the diffs maybe, but it no longer travels when you let off the gas slows down for me, still has the crazy speed and sounds way meaner...great upgrades now I need is the aluminum yokes.

Kraton 4s diff review
The plastic gears held up well but once you upgrade the motor the next weak links will expose themselves. Mainly the clutch, axles, and the diff. The helical cut gears allow more tooth contact with a greater surface area so you should not have any problems with these.

High quality precise cut gearing in my opinion , a higher pitch in noise when gears are spinning but a must have if you plan on upgrading to a higher amp speed control and more cells, a little pricey but if your gonna play you gotta pay!

Hot Racing Helical ring and pinion for Arrma Typhon 3s blx PERFECT FIT
I’ve bought a few Hot Racing products but a very few were actually parts that are mechanical. If your decent with your hands, have any knowledge in tools (2.0mm and 2.5mm Hex keys is all) whatsoever, you can do this. Even tho I only ordered what was stock teeth to pinion ratio, I’m glad I did. It’s a bit noisier, especially if you have the Arrma 57t steel spur gear. Works like it should, all hardware included. The mesh is perfect between the all steel slanted differential and pinion and spur gear and it has a mean sound so it’s definitely a product I would buy a 2nd and 3rd time.

The input shaft for the pinion is too long to fit the version 3. Of any of the Arrma 3s line. Be careful when purchasing hot racing products They don’t fit
