    Sansai Pocket Radio.

The Sansai Pocket Radio has good sound quality, and good reception for both AM and FM bands. I use the earphones mostly to listen early morning news and interviews because I am not sleeping all that well. Means I don't wake my wife. It tunes easily and holds it's stations, but the tuning LED is very bright.

  • Top critical review

Not strong enough to pick up any local fm stations in my area. Central Coast

This radio doesn't pick up any FM stations except one.my idea of buying it was to use it to listen to music eye on my daily walk and wanted one to fit in my pocket.

  • Very hard to get good reception

Good: Lightweight, decent sound Bad: Headphones came with a cut in the wire (not a problem as I have heaps anyway), very hard to get good reception esp. on AM. All I seem to able to pick up is ABC. You have to be in the right place to get anything else.

  • Small and light, easily transported.

it is a bit tricky to get a good reception (but it could be the place i work at !) Once it's tuned in, it's good!

  • ACCEPTABL

I have used one of these radios for years now on my morning walk. i think three in all. It is reliable and of course reasonable in price. Fits anyhere.

  • lightweight and easy to use

This is perfect for the gym as it is light and clips to my shorts and is great for doing my weight training

  • Poor quality radio

The headphones lasted one minute and one earbud fell off immediately. Reception is terrible, cross channels along both bands AM & FM Volume is sporadic as well.

  • Sansai am?fm pocket radio

This was supposed to be a professionally designed radio, it failed the AM tuning at the lower frequency got bunched up ,so if you rotated the device it would tune into another station. A score 4 out 10 would seem to be the most appropriate for this radio I was most disappointed. PS Doe"s anybody know of a good AM/FM and DAB pocket radio.
