I take Schiff Glucosamine w/Hyaluronic Acid for my joints, because it helps me. I have taken others with something else in them besides what this brand has to offer. When I took the other brand, I got to the point that I could barely walk so I had to get back on Schiff brand soon as I could. I CAN NOT take other brands due to the fact that they don't have what this brand has.
