Magnesium Taurate good for some but be careful
This a very helpful product for some. I know it helps the arrhythmias for my husband. However I tried to replace the magnesium I was on with it and got very sick feeling. At first it helped me relax but just after two days I became very exhausted and could not work or do much. Had trouble getting off the couch with my legs feeling weak. Generally I am very active and in good condition. However, I have no thyroid gland so maybe that was what happened since magnesium supplements can interrupt the thyroid. However other magnesium supplements did not do this. Even when I lowered the dose I could not gain my energy back and I was not sleeping as well. My husband has no complaints and seems to be more stable with is heart problem and is sleeping fine with it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Huge pills

Best form for general health
I am a nurse, and I had been taking magnesium threonate, but researched what is the best form for general health. Taurate has best overall effect on the body. It is also less expensive.
