Noisy Fan. Cheap elements being used.

The poor and lightweight construction means this fan rattles and makes a lot of sound when operating. The two additional modes also make no sense, as you would think sleep mode would likely mean quieter but instead it frequently changes from high to low settings, making it impossible to use while sleeping unless it is used on the standard mode/setting.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
