    Canon ink...

    I have tried (once) after market refilled ink and had disaster.....so, once was enough...I buy only new CanonXL ink now..the XL "seems" to have maybe 10% or so more ink than the "non XL"..but they hardly even sell the non "XL" any more anyway...FInding the least expensive NEW ink on E-Bay is a snap....and sure saves money over driving to the nearest electronics/office equipment store...

    Cannot read ink cartridge

    I was pleased to see a replacement cartridge for my printer at such a reasonable price. I have purchased many refurbished computer parts and components over the years and have had little to no issues, until now. I loaded the cartridge as directed. It fit and was accepted by the printer. After i tried to print several pages I kept receiving an error message. One message said the cartridge needed to be replaced. The next message said the ink volume could not be read. I am now unable to print at all!! I regret this purchase. It was a complete waste of money and defeated the entire purpose of my order. I have removed and replaced the cartridge as instructed. I also followed the instruction card that came with the replacement ink. I'm beyond frustrated. I wish I would have tried the cartridges first before giving them 5 stars base on price and delivery speed.

    A Print cartridge that doesn't print.

    Print uneven, very light, and poor quality. Have printed 19 copies and print intensity getting noticeably lighter. During a six page print job, two pages didn't print at all. Poor product.

    Very Good Ink for MG2120

    The ink & cartridges are just fine. I did have a problem with misaligned and blurred printing but followed a procedure to clean the "encoder film strip" inside the printer and everything is printing marvelously now. The color & blacks are rich & vibrant... Thanks.

    Buy name brand!

    It was very quick and easy. Just put the cartridge in and start printing. I tried a cheaper generic one and it wouldn’t even recognize that a cartridge was in the printer so I recommend paying a bit more for the name brand in this case.

    open box ok... but unsealed, not ok. Product took forever to get to me.

    Ad said open box and I understand that..l however most of the time, when a product is sold as open box, the cartridge is still sealed, just the box may be damaged or opened. Not sure if this is even gonna work. Product came super slow... ETA date kept changing to a later date.
