Bose QuietComfort Noise Cancelling vs. AirPods Pro
I used the Apple AirPods Pro for a little over a year with my IPhone 11 to listen to music as well as long audio books, so they got a lot of usage. The sound quality on both of them is excellent in all categories; however, the Bose offer more powerfulI sound, a little better noise cancellation and fit the ear a little better. The Bose definitely fall out of my ears less and that is important to me given my active lifestyle and workouts. That said, the transparency mode that enhances ambient sound on the AirPods was much better, which can be an excellent feature for those with harder hearing. Additionally, the AirPods had better connection and interaction with the iPhone, especially switching between programs/apps/calls. I occasionally have connection issues with the Bose and my iPhone that I didn’t experience so much with the AirPods. So there are pluses and minuses to each one, and you just need to decide which features you value more to decide which listening device is best for your needs.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great Earbuds, Bad Experience
Well to be quite honest the sound is flawless, the noise cancel is very good (can hear almost nothing outside the earphones, including my own voice,) the weight and size fit perfectly. I believe perhaps I received a bad pair as mine have trouble staying connected/powered on. I switch mine on and put them in my ears only to be greeted with “power o…” “connected t…” well let’s just say it just repeats these 2 lines over and over again until my frustration brews over and I throw them back in their case and into my bag. If they would work, they would be perfect for my work. I work In a very loud area where I’m constantly moving and they seem to cancel noise and fit so perfectly that they seemed most ideal compared to other headphones I’d tried. All in all it’s a 3 star for me, mainly because I’m not sure if the pair I received was flawed or if these headphones truly have these issues.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Noise cancelling is its only true selling factor
So you can't use the left earbud by itself, there's no EQ in the app for convenience, and the case for the thing is huge. Also w/ support for 24bit, it lacks higher than 48khz frequency response. Great earbuds at a great price.
I don't think I would pay full retail for the Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds. They are very good but when earbuds are close to $300 or more, that's too high. However refurbished these earbuds were down to $197 with an additional $70 off if purchased by Jan 31. At this price the Bose earbuds were very affordable. I had been using a much cheaper pair of earbuds. They had great reviews so I didn't know what to expect from the Bose. The sound was way better than my cheap earbuds. They are way bigger than my cheap pair but once in my ear I don't pay them any mind. They are just as comfortable if not more so than my smaller pair. Could be louder. Nice sound quality as would be expected for a Bose product.
Great sound quality. Bose Connect App works well with these buds outside of the device itself. My phone's blue tooth settings also worked well with these buds. The specific Bose App however, was not very friendly and hard to connect. Wouldn't recognize my log in credentials. Said I had an account already under the info given. No idea if they meant the Bose Connect App info. Or some other autosinc/ or linked site by Bose. Could be an unchecked setting on my phone. As for volume, I'm Gen-X. I'm biased on the good ole days where it every sound device out there could get very loud. Talking about 1990 ish and before. I gave these buds 4 stars because I feel today's tech should allow for louder volumes in many on/in ear audio devices. Also, ear bud tech is evolving so fast that the price seems a bit high for something that will be quickly outdated sooner than we'd like. So post 1990 volume limits and higher price is why I didn't give these ear buds 5 stars. Noise cancel quality is good. The volume level is loud enough, could be louder, but satisfactory for now. Best wireless headphones on the market! Certifies refurbished makes them affordable.
These Bose headphones are not cheap, but with the certified refirbished substantial discount they are cheaper than other top shelf wireless headphones. I bought them for business use and no client has said that they have had trouble hearing me speak - a first. I cannot re commend these factory refurbished more highly. Love Garmin
Garmin products are a lot better than Fitbit and will last longer. Love This fitness watch. Started buying Garmin Fitness watches a few years ago and the only products that will last longer than a year compared to the Fitbit. These headphones reproduce quality sound and the noise canceling is fantastic. When receiving phone calls the headphones automatically adjust to allow you to hear yourself speak. This is a small but important feature. They fit in the eat well and everyone I talk to when making calls has no problem hearing me. I bought these to replace my second set of AirPod Pros that became staticky in one of the earbuds.
