1989 Batman Grapnel Launcher
This grapnel gun from the 89 Batman movie is a great looking prop for the costume. It was what was expected, but it looks great, and is fun. The grapnel shoots out about 5 feet on a string, but I didn't buy it for function. The handle folds out, and it takes a couple of LR1 batteries to make the grapnel work. Overall, I like it for the looks alone, and makes a great item for the costume.

Short cord, low distance velocity. It’s cool, but undersized and more of a toy rather than a “replica” - definitely not screen-accurate, but close and good value for what it is. Make sure you have two “N” batteries - or you’ll be left with no way to recoil the string back.

Cool Grapnel Gun…but the launch button isn’t working.
Everything was great except the launcher button doesn’t work/engage. That is disappointing. The retractor button is the only thing that works.
