While celebrating their anniversary, Linda and Mark get called home early when their five-year-old daughter Chloe gets injured. Their elderly nanny, Mrs. Highsmith, is no longer able to care for Chloe. With Linda working full time and Mark flipping a house, they have no choice but to find a new sitter immediately. And thats when Heather enters their life. Young, gorgeous, great with kids and with a glowing recommendation, Heather seems like a godsend. But Linda isnt ready to trust a new sitter with her child, and decides to keep an eye on them via nanny cams. Her curiosity turns to obsession as she notices Chloe growing more and more attached to Heather not to mention Mark, whos also increasingly fond of her. Is Heather slowly muscling her way into Lindas role? Things get stranger when Mrs. Highsmith mysteriously commits suicide and Mark falls under Heathers spell completely. It isnt until Heather kidnaps Chloe that the spell is broken, and Linda understands why Heather is here.
