Would NEVER go without!
Highly recommended except if you like changing/fixing your bicycle inner tubes every few miles. Saved me on many occasion getting a flat. Works a treat.

Works effectively on external punctures. Does not work on snake bite punctures, where tube is cut by the rim inside the tyre but, tyre is left undamaged.

Won't recommend
Product does not even work. I had a small thorn puncture which the product supposed be able to seal but no luck. I had to get my tyre patched and walk my bicycle for 2 kms. Do not rely on this product for long distance.
