Just arrived, part of a large corporate take out this nice Brother Intellifax 2940 laser fax / printer! This unit arrived in nice overall condition with only 1,702 pages printed! It also has partial toner too! Our technicians have thoroughly tested this unit and found it to be in good working order however it is missing the seldom used handset. The price has been reduced accordingly. In addition, the techs installed new pickup and feed rollers to ensure trouble free printing. We are a Brother Authorized Service Center! After testing this unit will be wiped down, poly bagged, foam packed in a heavy corrugated carton. It will ship with a power cord and partial toner. We do not have the owner’s manual nor the drivers on CD. Drivers can be downloaded from the Brother website.

It features a 33.6K bps modem, 16MB memory and a 30-page capacity auto document feeder for faxing and copying multiple pages. This compact fax offers up to 272 broadcasting locations, 200 speed dial locations, 22 one-touch keys and can even receive fax and voice calls on the same telephone line. It has a generous paper tray capacity of 250 sheets and a USB interface for future printing capability. Also, an optional high capacity replacement toner cartridge is available to help lower your cost per page.

    used defected printer not working,

    the item suppose to be new, it is not, has a lot of signs it was used and fixed, anyway it is not working, i keep putting the paper and machine keep asking me to add paper, and i couldn't use it, i returned it.
