A GREAT UNIT!!!! (As long as it holds up).
I took my time before using the unit as this was all new to me. I followed all cleaning instructions, and read the manual over and over, highlighting and underlining important instructions. I also watched videos. My very first Cappuccino was better than good it was fabulous. Better than the last professionally-made Cappuccino I had last week. I used Honduras's organic beans I bought at Aldi's and used the starting settings listed in the manual.
