Capstar is a great start to rid your pets flea infestation. This kills off any live fleas on your pet. It does NOT treat eggs, so if you don't follow up with a monthly flea treatment, this process will be a waste. I normally wait 24 hours, after giving my pet a Capstar tablet, before I apply/administer the monthly flea treatment. I follow up with a second dose of Capstar, a week after the initial tablet.
