    Just like the factory original

    This is just like the factory bolt. I broke one of the ears off the tapered end (goes through the nut on the outside of the fork) and needed one of these for my bike. While the original design itself is a bit of an oddball if you're used to modern disc brakes, the design overall works, and this bolt is an integral part of it. It works as designed. Would buy again if I needed one.
