A fine portable webcam
I had a hard time finding more recent reviews for this thing (in 2019), so here we go. I got it because I wanted a more portable webcam for travel, and it definitely satisfies that requirement. It also has a short cord, which is good for use with a laptop (for me, an old Thinkpad x200). I had no problems with the clip, although I found that the stand might be more necessary than I thought, because when I clip it to my laptop, my face takes up most of the image. I can go without the stand while traveling, but I wouldn't at home. The image quality is just fine. It probably accomplishes this by keeping the resolution down. I haven't had a chance to test out the microphone, and I'll probably update the review once I can test out the microphone. For the record, I tested this out with a pretty much bare Linux computer, and it worked fine, so I wouldn't worry about compatibility issues. The only thing is I couldn't get it to recognize the microphone, possibly because there's a built-in microphone in my laptop (which I was also aiming to replace with this thing because mine has a high-pitched whine), but I can tell that'll just require some fiddling around to get it to work.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Solid web cam once you find the correct software.
The disc that came with the product did not have Windows 10 drivers. Logitech's web site is difficult to navigate. I eventually located the correct product software using Google, and it installed easily. Configuration with the OEM software is limited, but skin tone and color settings are nice. Image quality is solid at 720 P, and I use a discreet microphone. It works well with Zoom and Facebook video on a 100/10 Mbps cable connection.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Still works on Windows 10
This is an older Web cam. I did get it to work on Windows 10. Just make sure you have Windows Update enabled to download the driver for this older web cam. Will not work on my computer with Windows 10 Pro
