Netgear R8000 Nighthawk
Great router, a little pricey but I can't believe the speed I get now over the old intellnet router as much as x10 download over what I had before. I have a WD My Book on USB3 port works great storage and backup for all my devices.

Powerful and reliable
This is not a cheap router but it is extremely robust, and has a long range for wide coverage. It covers my entire 3 story house with all three wireless networks. Did not score quite a high as a couple of other AC3200 routers on the 5gHz band speed wise. But it has not been noticable. Buy this router if you have a lot of devices spread over a large area.
