Personal choice
Finding the right ear plugs for you is a trial and error process. There is not one particular brand or model that works for everyone. I have tried many in my search to find maximum sound reduction with comfort. Mack’s have been the best (for me) so far. If you are searching, I recommend giving these a try.

Doesn't block noise as advertised
