Saw Palmetto and myself and my brother!

Maybe More Than You Want to Know - Go With The Flow
Was skeptical that Saw Palmetto would make a difference. At first it didn't. But after three or four weeks on this product, there was significant improvement in urinary flow. It is by no means as effective as Flomax, but then again, no side effects. For me Flomax lowered my sex drive, and at my age (66) I need all the sex drive I can get. This will not fix the clogging problem completely, but will add confidence that there will be a reasonable stream. I was getting to the point -- especially in the middle of the night -- that I worried that nothing would come out.
