Have found it to a great sleep maker.. 14-28 minutes bare foot at night has been really good and wake up [later] in a relaxed state... Started in 5 now on 12 [3weeks] Friends have tried and purchased. The person whom i first saw with one said he had lost 4kg in 5months just using his machine, no diet or exercise changes. I find my body skin tighter. Have no bad comments to make.about the machine. I took out the insurance, however, found out when completing the insurance you are wanted to sign up for annual premiums. We BOTH love it !
I'm very impressed with the Everfit Vibration machine for just over $100 it is excellent value and does what it advertises - makes me feel totally invigorated after a 15 minute session and it's great for my leg's circulation too. It's a rush to see who gets to have first go on it - me or my dog, Rafael. :-) :-) He only likes to do 5 minute sessions though.

So far so good. Enjoying my Everfit.
I've only had it for about a week but so far the Everfit Vibrating Plate has exceeded my expectations. Firstly, it isn't too heavy so it is easy enough for me to move. The machine isn't overly noisy, it works well and it is fun to use. I bought it as I injured my knee and wanted to use it sitting with only my feet on it until my knee heals; and then I will start using standing and in other positions. At present I have only used it with my feet on it and also tried sitting on it (which was a weird and hilarious experience ... my pets were intrigued and I couldn't stop laughing). I did stand for a few minutes on it which wasn't too bad but I didn't want to put to much stress on my knee yet.
