Really effective!
This is a great serrapeptase / enzyme combination. I have used straight serrapeptase from other manufacturers for 13 years, and this is the best one so far. Muscle tightness and sore muscle pain disappear quickly. Stiff back and legs respond quickly again. I have taken 9 capsules at one serving and gotten great improvement! Just what I needed, as I start back into exercise in my retirement years.
