I've only done one treatment so far, and I've noticed the hairs on my legs aren't growing back as quickly as they usually do, so it is working. It just takes time and you have to be patient. Its great that I'm saving money on this small home device rather than spending big bucks on laser hair removal from a clinic. I've used the first two settings, so it doesn't hurt that much. Just a slight sting on the bikini line area. The instructions are written badly in English, it was hard for me to follow. But i looked up an instructional video on Youtube which helped.
