    Will not sit flush due to wire design.

    There are 2 problems with this Gameboy Micro battery replacement, one major and one minor. The minor problem is the connector is not the exact same size dimensionally as the official battery, it is a little larger which makes it difficult to plug in. The second,and major, problem is the wires attach to the battery on the wrong side when compared to the official battery. On the official battery the wires are connected to the short side of the battery, on this Chinese battery the wires are connected to the long side of the battery. This makes it impossible for the battery to sit flush inside of the battery compartment resulting in the cover not being able to sit flush on the case. The cover will end up sticking out 1mm. Suggestion to the manufacturer: re-measure the size of the official connector so that you can make new molds for the connector so that it will install as easily as the official one. Second, contact the maker of the battery itself and ask them for a battery that has the wires come out the same side as the official one. Of course, this would have been obvious if you ever bothered to test the fit and finish of the product you are selling.

    Great Battery and Charger

    The battery and charger combo looked to be OEM and worked fine for my GBA micro. The battery was easy to install and just involved unscrewing the back compartment.

    My bad!
