JUST ARRIVED!!! You're in luck! This really nice HP LaserJet p2055dn printers arrived with partial toner too. This unit arrived in nice overall condition. Our technicians have thoroughly tested this unit and found it to be in good working order. In addition, the techs installed new pickup and feed rollers to ensure trouble-free printing. After testing this unit will be wiped down, poly bagged, foam packed in a heavy corrugated carton. It will ship with a power cord. PARTIAL SUPPLIES INCLUDED. We do not have the owner’s manual nor the drivers on CD. Drivers can be downloaded from the Hp website. We have our own printer technicians on staff to assist you before and after the sale! We are celebrating our 33rd year in the printer industry!.

Printer worked great when I first got it, but lately I have had a few issue with it. It keep giving me an error message, and sound like something wrong with the roller when it does that. So far I have been able to fix it. I have to take the cartridge out and roll the roller, and then it goes back to the way it suppose to print. When I get the Error message, I am not able to print. Never buy used
Hooked it up printed 2 sheets paper.. 3rd jammed.. fought with it trying to fix it for about a hour of taking it apart cleaning paper jams.. tried new toner cartridge ... tried new paper... Small Home office Perfect Printer

Semi-retired workhorse.
It's working well. I think these printers were designed for heavy duty work, or at least moderate. It does light duty easily. We now have 3 of these in our workplace. Reliable and Fast Laser Printer
The printer is fast and the print quality is very good. Upgrading the memory was easy and inexpensive as well. It is a workgroup/business class printer that was too expensive for home use when new, but at this price, it is far better than the affordable personal-use laser printers on the market today. Since these were business class printers when new, it is likely that many have seen extensive use over the years. They stand up to this use well, but finding a fully refurbished unit or one with a lower page count is advised. The footprint is not small enough to sit on many desktops, but given the fact that it is a workgroup class printer, it isn't overly large. I have the 2055DN, which has a built-in ethernet port, so setting it up on my network took a little extra work as Windows 10 did not automatically find drivers for it, but after downloading software from HP support, I was able to get it running on my network without much difficulty. One note is that it is not a quiet printer. It does have a quiet mode, which is quieter, but not quiet enough to justify running at 1/2 speed which is what it does when in quiet mode.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Still a great option in 2020.
A cheap, fast, reliable workhorse. Plug and play on Windows 10 (via USB at least, network setup seems more complicated). Good generic toner is cheap for this printer, making the average cost per print less than half a cent per page. It also prints fast and I've met lawyers with home offices swear these things run for years. I'm inclined to believe it. My law school library had a bunch of similar HP laserjets and they took a lot of abuse and kept on running. If you can find a well-preserved 2055 or 2035 with a lower page count, I'd seriously consider it. The only real drawback of this over a newer printer is lack of built in wireless. But a lot of the newer laser printers with wifi have more expensive toner (often with DRM built into the cartridges and other inkjet-style nonsense). Personally, I think plugging in a cable is well worth the cost savings and not being beholden to the manufacturer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

excellent purchase..so much faster than the ink jet printer. Smaller footprint than my old ink jet printer. No longer have to fool with the messy and expensive ink jet cartridges. Should have purchased this printer long ago. Only drawback is that I will have to add a scanner to the printer to be able to add the copy function. Hard to beat the printer for the money
We had one before that started fouling the toner after several years of abuse. We had some driver issues setting this one up, but we easily found the solution online. The print quality is excellent.
