Large but not portable
Whilst its great to do a puzzle on, it is not foldable and remains flat and the same size and not coverable. Unlike the other boards from this brand. Because I had seen other styles I didn't realise what I was purchasing. The other styles fold in and cover up an uncompleted puzzle and even have room to do smaller puzzles. A must-have compact yet roomy puzzle working board
My husband rediscovered jigsaw puzzling over Christmas and 'borrowed' my original (this brand and size) board - I needed a new one to get back to working MY puzzles and this brand and size is the only acceptable budget-conscious one on the market in my opinion. Plenty of room for my preferred piece count (500) including my growing new fav 500pc panoramic puzzles. Great useful product for jigsaw fans
I already had one but wanted a spare for when I have 2 puzzles being done. This product is extremely good due to the non slip covering and is the right size for up to 1000 piece puzzles. It is lightweight so easy to move around. I would definitely recommend. The only negative was slight damage to one corner which meant instead of the board being totally flat there was a curve. wonderful puzzle board
I needed to move the 'in progress' jigsaw somewhere safe for the Christmas period as I would be using the table where it was in situ. This item arrived really quickly and is just what I needed - I safely transferred all the pieces to the board and have been able to pick-up where I left off with no movement of the jigsaw pieces. Portapuzzle Jigsaw Board
Ideal for making jigsaws and storing out of the way when not in use. Not too expensive and decent enough quality for the price paid. It is black and imagine that making puzzles with a darker image on them may be a little tricky to do but that’s maybe just my poor eyesight! Retains Pieces
The board keeps the pieces in place very well when in use and also when moved to be put away. It is big enough for a 1000 piece puzzle, but only just! Not what I thought it was.
I was a bit disappointed with this because I thought I was getting a board to fold over the jigsaw to keep the pieces in place but it's just a flat board covered with felt. It's ok for what it is so I've kept it because I would have to pay postage to return it, pity I couldn't take it instore at The Works to return. Perfect for Puzzles?
Seems to be a sturdy board for holding the puzzle. Downside is that it is only a board which has to remain flat so it doesn't assist storage. It means that you can reclaim the use of a table but still need to find a large space in which to store the board bearing the puzzle. Mine has gone under the sofa but sticks out a little at the back.
