Quality for little money.
I saw mixed reviews of these product but it seems NRG is here to stay. They basically looked at the complaints about their products and improved them. I have noticed their prices are slowly creeping upward to compensate with the improvement in quality. I bought this wheel and can say the quality is on par with other more expensive options.

Better than I expected!
My sparco wheel would tend to bend over time from autocross use. Wanted something durable, nice looking and priced well for my Miata. Hard to do right? Nope. Build quality on this wheel is rock solid. I tried to bend it when I took it out the box. It won. No experience with older versions of these wheels but these say reinforced and I believe it. Suede leather is nicely stitched. A great surprise was the indents for your thumbs. Didn't know they were there until I opened it. Gives better grip for quick steering inputs and reminds me to keep my thumbs away from the inside of the wheel. Came extremely well packaged. I reviewed a ton of wheel options and this wheel is far above and beyond it's price point. Kudos to a company that makes a great affordable product.

Great steering wheel
I went with the short hub/quick release and suede wheel from NR-G and so far im happy with my purchase. Everything was easy to install and looks very clean. The only thing I didn't like is the lack of further explaining the horn installation.
