Don't knock it til you try it
Its does work, it keeps your cravings at bay. It is a bit intense at first and you might have a small coughing fit the first few times you use it (yes I did follow the instructions, spray it under your tongue) but you get used to it. With a bit of willpower you will definitely conquer your smoking addiction, that being said the whole "out of sight out of mind" helps too, I was doing well until I went to my visit my partner, who still smokes and I gave into it a few times, but definitely not nearly as much as I did before (pack a day smoker). If you can stop cold turkey. Better for you and cheaper
It definitely helps to stop.smoking .but also can give you the caving for this spray. . But on the whole I would say it's better than smoking . Use cautiously
This product is not available for sale in the USA, but I found that it stops my "craving" instantly. I have been seriously trying to quit smoking for about 25 years & this has helped. Quit smoking
This is so far the best way to quit smoking as known to me. It gives the same kick as cigarette. If you can replace this with cigarette just for 1 day, i m sure you will quit smoking.
