Works, but not correctly
I was able to easily program it to both start my 2014 F150 and lock/unlock the doors which is enough for most people but bought this key for the remote start function. The problem I have is with the remote start. It will start the truck but not using the correct procedure. How it is supposed to work is this: Press the lock button then the start button twice. Hitting start again should turn it off if need be. What is happening for me is this: I do not have to press the lock button. Pressing start only once will lock and start the truck. Pressing start again will not turn the truck off. This is not good because I have "pocket started" the truck many times. Walking around the yard and notice it running. Pushing the button again does not turn it off. I have to get in the truck and turn off using the key in ignition. I enabled remote start on the vehicle myself using Forscan, a FORD vehicle programming software. I tried redoing that and reprogramming the key several times with no luck. Finally tried the dealer who couldn't figure it out. I didn't tell them it wasn't an OEM key. They finally programmed someone else's key to my truck to test and that OEM key worked as it should, which determined the key itself is the issue. The seller viplocks-2 has not been responsive/helpful in replacing the key under the 1 year warranty.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not nearly as good as OEM
I would recommend getting the OEM key from ford it is costly but the buttons are so easy to press somehow this key kept remote starting my car while it was in my pocket. The car was in the garage and running that is very dangerous. So this key is a useless paper weight to me as I can not safely use it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works as it should definitely not oem
This key programmed as it should and all functions work. Very good price but it’s definitely not an OEM Ford key. The casing is a different plastic and the key blade is laser etched not engraved like my factory keys. Buttons also have a different feel. They work, but not exactly like the OEM keys. Example: you can just press the remote start button once, and my vehicle starts. For me, its not a bad thing. The only real complaint is the paint used to mark the buttons and for the Ford logo is not holding up well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Keys look nice / correct. Keying and programming key to truck was straight forward, no issues. Programming the remote to the truck took a few tries and a little trial and error.
