Worth the investment
A good family movie, light entertainment with some easy to understand comedy. Brendan Fraser is perfectly cast in the lead role. The plot could have a bit more excitement put into it. Imagine, if you were underground for 30 years. More explanation is needed regarding how the family found out the truth about what happened. If a 'prersumed dead' family suddenly turned up alive 30 years on, wouldn't the media be interested in their story? Nothing was written into the plot regarding this point. All in all it was an entertaining movie just the same. Easy to understand for everyone.
