    Disappointed

    I feel bad to give a negative review but this thermometer didn’t work as expected since we got it, it doesn’t read the right temperature, it keeps saying everyone in the family has the same 94.00 and thats not right, my daughter was kind of sick and her temp was over 101, new thermometer was still reading 94.00 on her! I couldn’t sent it back because the packaging was thrown away, I didn’t expect something that defected as it never happened before and we usually but everything online. I’d send it back if I could.

    Good but expensive product - but on-balance worth it.

    The product is easy to use, reliable and accurate. We needed to use the Helpline because the thermometer kept giving us 'ERR' when testing one of our employees - it turns-out that the thermometer operates between 94F and 108F - our employee's temperature was marginally below 94F. The Helpline rep was very good.

    Works well for what we need. Do note that it is touchy with different situations. If your wearing a hat, have a sunburn, have been outside in the cold or wind, etc, it will not take an accurate temp. You need to be at room temp.

    I bought few companies before but not this type, to put regular one in baby mouth or underarm or somewhere else,,,, 😱, better to use braun, easy to use, just hold and press and results fast, no need to touch baby which is really good think , even when he sleep I can check his temperature to see Everything ok, only one think I don’t like about this product it can show 96.5F then 96.4F , slight difference evry time if I measure same time, but still worth it, I recommend it especially to use for baby

    Too expensive to be so inaccurate

    Readings are 2 to 3 degrees different every time. Instructions admit this. Customer service says "just average them". These sell for $60+ at popular baby stores. Save money and buy a plain old mercury style thermometer, it'll save you the headache.
