Excellent antenna but not well packaged enough for Australia Post
Excellent antenna, well made and effective. The black really does lower the visual impact on the house too. Easy to install yourself. Only issue is that it is not packaged particularly well, so a number of elements were bent out of place on arrival when it came via Australian Post. Don't Bother with Other Antennas - Buy The Black Arrow
Purchased 2 different antennas from Bunnings and took both of them back because of poor reception. The second antenna was actually twice the price of the Hills Black Arrow. Was very easy to install and it is well made, Got a 10 signal strength on all SBS channels, all 7 channels, all 9 channels and all ten channels. Got 7 signal strength on all ABC channels which is the highest channels strength for ABC of any previous antennas and the picture quality on ABC is excellent. Buy Australian and get a great aerial.

Good value for a robust antenna.
This is a sturdy and well made antenna with excellent reception. I suddenly have reception on the ABC chanels and the design seems robust enough to withstand the weight of the numerous crows, magpies and occassional ibus that ultimately caused the demise of it's predecessor. Time will tell. Be warned, the inlet for the ariel lead is near the outer end of the antenna so you may need to extend the wiring if you are replacing an existing unit with the attachment close to the mast.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is a sturdy and Australian made antenna with excellent reception for Australian conditions. I have just installed this small antenna inside of my house Attic area.
