Awesome customer service! Looks great!
I ordered this screen, and it was missing an integral tube cap. But I had not opened the box until 2 months later, and discovered this. I messaged the company asking for them to send me the missing cap but they sent me a new screen! Almost every screen like this, relies on an interrelated tension system....and I was not looking forward to assembling that last panel...but I did not have to because they sent another one.
