Small and Easy to Take
Love that these tablets are so small and you only need to take 1. I find it very difficult to take Glucosamine as they are always such large tablets and you usually need to take 2. I had several very bad bicycle accidents when I was young, which did significant damage to my left hip. It became very painful starting in my thirties. By the time I was 60, I was taking turmeric and tart cherry, which helped tremendously with the pain, but if I tried to stand more than a couple of minutes, my hip joint locked up. It was painful to get it to release, and sometimes, my hip even wanted to collapse. I thought I'd give this a try. Thank Goodness, as well as the people who created these drugs. There are no universal drugs, so it cannot be said that they will be effective for everyone 100%. They have saved me and are saving me to this day. I've been taking it for a number of years now. When my knees started to hurt, I didn't think it was that serious.
