    Great phones.......when you can get them!

    The V Tech phones are great! Easy to set up, good sound quality. I wish the ring tone could be set up a bit more, however, we are dealing with that. The order went smoothly, but, the first set wound up in West Palm Beach and I live in the middle of the state. This vendor sent out a second set and they were delivered to the wrong address but a neighbor was kind enough to bring them to me. This, of course, is not the vendors fault. Vendor was very kind even during this situation.

    Unhappy Customer

    i am so dissatisfied with this product i dont know where to begin. When i purchased the initial set of phones everything worked well for a few years. Then last July I purchased another set of handsets. After one year's time, despite replacing the batteries in the new handsets they just stopped working. This June I purchased another set of handsets to replace the ones I purchased last year. I had to make two separate phone calls and despite being on the phone for almost an hour, I could not register the handsets to the base. When I initially purchased the set I was able to register all phones and then deregister them when I set up the new phones. I tried it this time around and despite following the instructions on the manual and speaking with two technicians I was unable to do so. They will sit in the box unusable until I can decide what I am going to do with them.

    Good handset

    I bought this as an extra handset for the bedroom. It arrived within 4 days and looked like new. My only complaint is the lack of instructions. This phone has to be synced with the base. Without the manual. it was very frustrating until I found it online. Smooth from that point. My advice is to look for the manual first and follow the instructions.

    Vtech Handset review.

    This Handset is a good product at a great price. I have 5 of them working with my Vtech CS6609 Wireless Phone and they give complete phone, intercom, and conference capability throughout my entire house. It almost sets itself up,has very good sound quality, and has fantastic range. I use them as my only home phone and am well satisfied with their performance. For quality and price I totally recommend them.

    After having this set for a while I find it to be to thin to hold. I'm afraid I will accidentally push some button. It is also to long, very easy to knock over when in the charger.

    great phones

    These phones are the same model as ones I purchased about 8 years ago. Every thing about them is great except for the wall hanger for the base , doesn't look good the way it hangs. It is different from the one I replaced, but all and all OK !
