This Apple IIe floppy disc drive should be compatible with Apple II family of computers. Serial number for this item is KH682. It was taken from a lot of Apple IIe computer equipment purchased new in 1988 by an elementary school and used for a few years with classroom computers. This item was stored for the last few decades in a basement. Cleaned off a layer of dust, but otherwise it appears to be completely intact. According to the (now retired) former school principal, all equipment was in working order when put in storage around 1992. The light turned on when plugged in. Sold as-is.

    Great drive model. Holds up well - 30 years and still kickin'

    My all-time favourite Apple peripheral device

    Vintage drive worked well.

    The vintage drive was untested, but it ended up working just fine. Read/write heads had to be cleaned, but that was expected given the age of the drive.
