There are so many issues with this product... 1) Should be installed from attic (even though instructions indicate otherwise) 2) Maybe 2 hour job for attic install. In my case was 20+ hours for bathroom install 3) Had to completely disassemble unit for install and re-assemble in place...ugh!!! 4) Interesting, that 80 CFM unit is completely different construction...much more amenable to bathroom install...Recommend you get 80 CFM unit and avoid this like the plague!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Motor failure day three.
Wouldn't fit in my opening ,(not manufacturers fault) so I carefully installed the motor and fan in my existing box. Absolutely certain I didn't hurt the motor in this process!
