    IT WORKS!

    I replaced the old 'spider' used in my logsplitter with this one and it fit nicely. Time (? years) will tell how well it holds up. Reviews of many products, like this one, need to be done after several years to get a really meaningful evaluation! The old one 'spider' was just beginning to show signs of wear after 10+ years of use.
