Continental's are still a good value in bicycle tires.
Continental is now making tires in China, and while they are not as nice as the German made tires, they are still a good riding tire. They also don't cost as much as the German tires, but still ride well. It's a good time to get our bikes ready for the coming year, new tires and all.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great value....but!
These tires are pretty awesome for the price. One caveat, though, these are super difficult to put on and take off. I did see some reviews that stated that these were easy to install.Go figure....maybe a, somewhat, smaller diameter rim??! Be prepared to struggle!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

3000 miles and no problems
We ride long distances often and alot. The Continental Ultra Sport II tires that I purchased in the past are still doing the job for us on our road bikes. They are priced right and so far have given good mileage. Have approx. 3000 miles on them with no problems and expect the III's to do the same. Very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend. FYI: You can pay more money for all the other bike tires but find the Ultra Sport's to be of great value. The best tires for us overall has been the Continental Gatorskins.
