No pressure
Upon installing this reel i noticed i have half the pressure compared to my existing garden hose. I found inside where the leader hose joins in, it only has about an 8mm hole for flow and theres nothing that can be done to change the fitting. So it is a 12mm hose with 8mm internal fitting so you lose all pressure. Ok for hand watering but small coverage if using for sprinklers

The good and not-so-good!
We had previously bought a Smith 30m retractable high kink resistantp hose reel and, based on that experience, we bought another one. However, I don't think it is of the same quality as our previous one. It can be quite hard to get the hose to retract all the way back which is quite disappointing and a little frustrating but it is nonetheless much better quality and value than another we had also previously bought in Bunnings.
