The Poly Focus 2 headset works well for Enterprise setup from my experience. The use of a USB Bluetooth dongle is imperative to avoid conflicts with Bluetooth Computer setting that can happen with Enterprise systems that run a lot of security protocols.
The headset is high quality, and the earmuffs block out most excessive noises and conversations. Also, I really like the Mute options of either press the button on the microphone boom or swing the boom upward vertical to top of headset. This is very handy and helpful.
The headset works well with Cisco Jabber or Microsoft Teams. There are some conflicts between the two when you want to share a screen on Microsoft teams while using Cisco Jabber for a phone call. You have to change settings on Teams to not connect to headset so you can avoid the conflict. Otherwise, the headset works great if you are having a Microsoft Teams exclusive call and/or presentation where you setup your audio to connect to the headset.
This is definitely superior to a Jabra headset we used before. I will stick with Poly (formerly Plantronics) Focus 2 and I highly recommend it.
