Used this kit on a Honda CRF230F I have been using as my single track bike in the north Georgia area. Set it up as race tech suggests for a 180lb woods rider and the ride quality felt 1000% better first time out. Also used BBR Heavy springs with the gold valve. Worth the time and expense to install
These were installed on a CRF230F. They really take the harshness out of the forks and control large hits much better. This is one of the best upgrades available for the 230.
