    Run them out!

    I rebuilt my calipers without installing brand new drums / cylinders and they took a few rides to properly seat, but now over a year later no leaks and working great! remember even if they have a weep to ride with them and get them hot.. they're rubber and need heat to fully conform to their new surfaces
