Good value, although medium is actually quite soft.
Queen size mattress, amazing packaging. Note that it is heavy - close to 50kg - so you may need help moving it even though the box comes with wheels attached. Also note that the handle on top is for manoeuvring - don't try to drag the box upstairs using it as it will likely rip off. Anyhow, unpacking is easy and you end up with what is basically a very good mattress. My only complaints would be the sides are quite soft - I think that on normal mattresses the sides tend to have more support - so if you sit on the side it tends to collapse a little. I'd also note that the mattress we got was rated 'medium' - as others have said, I'd call this much softer than that. Anyhow, the main thing is my son loves sleeping on his giant marshmallow (as I've nicknamed it) so all good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY
I had a $3000.00 pillow top mattress only 3 years old. It dipped so badly I would be sleeping in a ditch and could not roll over or move at all. Replaced a few weeks ago with The Giselle mattress for less the $300.00. It is very very comfortable, soft but stable with absolutely no dipping. Am able to move around in the bed and finally able to sleep on my side and front again. Its not at all hot and am so pleased with the good nights sleep I am finally getting. Only negative is that the mattress edges are quite soft. If they could be made more rigid it would be the perfect mattress.
