Old School phones still ROCK!
I have always loved the old Blackberry phones so I was excited to see this phone in new condition for such a great price. I had to get a sim kit to be able to use my other phones sim card in it because of sim size difference but once I got that sorted, I put the card in it and it immediately connected to my ATT network. I received what I asked for. I use to have a Blackberry Bold. What I was NOT prepared for was the small screen. I am use to having certain apps on my phone and a much larger screen. The phone works great. It is just TOO small for me. Phone does everything I want it to, and has a physical keyboard. Favorite phone ever.
This is my second Q10, the last shattered after a year or so of my carelessness. Battery life is great. Battery is replaceable. Keyboard is great. Screen is great. Actual HDMI output! Sound is good, I particularly love having a play/pause button that I don't need to turn the screen on for. Camera is decent, it does HDR, panorama, that kind of thing. Perfectly fine for a phone. In a good value! Good for quitting cell phone addiction
Purchased in November 2019, have used it as a back-up phone for 1 month. I'd say it's in a good value. I installed apk and other bar apps, but the phone runs fast and smooth. The phone can standby up to 2 days if i hardly used it, and need to be charged once a day if I use it for listening to music, calling and texting. It's my first time to use physical keyboad phone, and the feeling is not bad actually. There're also games in bb world to download, and impressively, it includes Asphalt 8 and call of dead, and can be successfully run!! of course cannot expect game speed and smoothness The only cons is that there're too few apps for blackberry os! I even cannot use wechat, otherwise I will use it as my primary phone. But this can be expected since bb os had been given up after all.. In summary, white color is very nice and cute. It's sufficient enough to be a back-up phone, and very helpful if you want to quit cell phone addiction.

The phone works, for sure. However, the pictures in the original post do not 100% reflect what the phone looks like when it arrived. There are scratches on the back, which I don’t mind because I will put a case on anyway. One of the key on the keypad has noticeable fracture but still functions overall. Works as advertised. Activated with no issues. Bought it as a backup phone. Would've been better if it came with a screen protector. I had a sudden temperature spike and ran real HOT over 100F when I went through the "first time automated phone setup," but after the setup was complete the temperature went back to normal. Love the phone and its keyboard
Fits in my pocket even with an OtterBox Defender series case. Backs up to desktop with Blackberry desktop software. The Q10 has it's shortcomings but several have served my purpose well.
