    Remote handset: how to get help

    Be careful about being told this item is new, in original box. This item was used, already programmed to another telephone number. The manual included does not tell you how to fix this. But, if you get on you tube with "Program AT&T EL 52203 Handset" there are excellent videos that walk through the key strokes. Be patient and it will work!

    I love the phone,and would like it better if I could figure out how to program the day and time features! The phone rings only 3 times before answer machine comes on. NO Instructions for setting! Its frustrating!

    Light weight and it lights up to see who is calling, it has multiple useable features. I basically like it.

    AT&T Answering Machine - Great Purchase

    This is an awesome product as it does exactly what I want it to do. My first criteria was to have the answering machine be wall mountable. Not all units are wall mountable. It is easy to program. My purpose is to have it monitor a second telephone line which I only use for faxes. So it sits there and answers the multitude of robo-calls that I receive every day and proudly announces that "this is a fax line only, it will not be answered." If someone wants to leave a message beyond that, it will receive the message for later playback. It did not take an expensive answering machine to perform this function. But it does do everything that any answering machine will do, including announcing that a message has arrived by beeping, which is a great feature.
