Excellent product and works well
After having used wall mounted hoses in the past that continued to jam on retracting the hose. I am really impressed with this product as it works every time which surprised me especially as it has to rewind 30 metres of hose; plus, it's possible to get to the retraction mechanism through a flap on the top if a jam should ever occur, an excellent feature. The brass connectors are of good quality too and it all performs to specification. Good value hose, seems to be robust, but instructions to instal bracket incorrect, suggests an 8 mm hole for dynabolts but you need a 12 mm drill bit to install..would have also preferred a click noise when hose can be locked, similar to my old one.
